Seperti dilansir Westside Estate Agency (agen real estate yang menjual mansion ini), mansion ini dikabarkan dibeli seharga USD $21 juta atau sekitar Rp. 190 Miliar. Rumah ini dilengkapi berbagai fasilitas mewah, diantaranya 4 kamar tidur, 6 kamar mandi dan 3 ruangan dengan tungku perapian, kolam renang, dan lainnya.

Rumah ini berdiri diatas lahan seluas 1,2 hektar, mansion ini juga dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang menunjang relaksasi, sebuah paviliun tamu yang terpisah dari rumah inti, kolam renang dan kebun anggur di halaman belakang.

RI tourism ready to compete in ASEAN community

As a member of ASEAN, Indonesia, its tourism industry in particular, is ready for the establishment of an ASEAN Community by 2015 when trade, services and manpower will flow freely within the region.

Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Mari Elka Pangestu has welcomed the filming of "I, Alex Cross" in Bali because it will help promote the country`s tourism.

Zsa Zsa Gabor returns home from hospital

Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor returned home from a hospital on Friday after recovering from two stomach surgeries and suffering a bout of pneumonia.

The 94 year-old actress, who has suffered numerous health issues in recent years, was "happy and smiling," her husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, told Reuters on Friday.

"She`s alert and she looks good," said von Anhalt, adding that Gabor was in much better health after nearly two weeks at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Jennifer Aniston says not desperate for a baby

Jennifer Aniston says she has "no desperation" to start a family, following rampant media speculation that she is already pregnant.

The former "Friends" actress, who has been quietly dating actor Justin Theroux since earlier this year, refused to discuss her relationship. But in an interview for the November issue of Elle, she addressed celebrity media reports that she is expecting a baby with Theroux.

"But it`s not what you read. There`s no desperation. If it`s meant to be, it`s meant to be. I`m at peace with whatever the plan is," Aniston told the magazine in an excerpt released on Wednesday.

With its promising market potential, Batam`s Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) of Riau Islands Province has asked entrepreneurs to promote batik and strive to increase the commodity`s sales in the ASEAN market.

"Batik has become a world heritage, and it goes without saying that entrepreneurs should promote it in the ASEAN market," Batam`s Kadin chairman Nada Faza Soraya said in Batam early this week.

Rapper Gucci Mane sent to jail in Georgia

Rapper Gucci Mane will spend the next six months in jail in Georgia after admitting on Tuesday to pushing a woman out of his car earlier this year.

The rapper, whose real name is Radric Davis, pleaded guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct, said Emily Gest, spokeswoman for the DeKalb County Solicitor-General`s Office.

According to police, the 31-year-old Mane picked up a woman at a suburban Atlanta mall in January, invited her out for breakfast and then tried to offer her $150 to stop by a hotel with him.

When she refused, he pushed her out of his car while it was in motion. She was taken to the hospital with "soreness and pain."

Film diva Penelope Cruz arrives in Sarajevo to play Italian widow

Spanish movie diva Penelope Cruz arrived in Bosnian capital Sarajevo on Wednesday to shoot a film "Venuto al Mondo", directed by Italy`s Sergio Castellitto, based on a novel by Margaret Mazzantini.

Cruz was accompanied by her husband Javier Bardem and their eight month old son Leo. She will play an Italian widow, Gema, who returns to Sarajevo after the war to show her son where he was born and where his father was killed.

Cruz told journalists she generally doesn`t like war stories, but thought it would be one of most important roles in her career. She was "emotionally very touched" by Mazazantini`s novel, she said.

Kasus meninggalnya Virginia Anggraeni, Istri Sapilul Jamil, di tol Cipularang, menambah cerita misteri yang telah berkembang di jalan tol yang menghubungkan Bandung dan Jakarta itu.

Penyebab kecelakaan, menurut seorang petugas TMC Polda Metro Jaya, Niniek, karena sopir (Saipul Jamil) kaget karena tiba-tiba ada sebuah bus menyalip dari arah sebelah kiri.

"Jadi si pengemudi kaget, dia langsung membanting stir dan mobil sempat terplanting. Lalu mobil menabrak median jalan. Namun nomor polisi bus tersebut tidak terlacak," kata Niniek, seorang petugas TMC Polda Metro Jaya saat dihubungi, Sabtu (3/9).

Sebanyak 400 paket bandeng yang berisi rata-rata 3 kg dilelang obral, saat pelaksanaan lelang bandeng tahunan Pemkab Gresik di alun-alun Gresik, Sabtu (27/8/2011) hingga Minggu (28/8/2011) dini hari.

Dikatakan obral, kerena harga bandeng saat pasar bandeng bisa mencapai Rp 75 ribu/kg. Sedangkan di arena lelang, paket bandeng dilepas dengan harga mulai Rp 60 ribu per paket berisi 3 kg bandeng, sampai harga tertinggi Rp 150 ribu/paket.

Pelaksanaan lelang bandeng yang bertajuk ‘Lelang bandeng untuk Rakyat’, selain diikuti bupati, muspida serta segenap jajaran pejabat pemkab Gresik, juga dihadiri Wakil Gubernur Jawa Timur, Syaifullah Yusuf.

Aitutaki bank robbery: 'World's most beautiful island'

On an island so devout that tourists can't come or go on a Sunday, an unexpected bank heist has shattered locals' morale.

Aitutaki, one of the Cook Islands, occupies only 11 square miles in the South Pacific, and is home to just three banks-- one of which was robbed last week, Radio New Zealand reported.

While a bank official wouldn't verify the exact amount, it is thought that thieves took more than $150,000 from the Bank of The Cook Islands, according to Radio New Zealand.

Menbudpar: Film Hollywood Diputar Kembali di Indonesia

Menteri Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Menbudpar), Jero Wacik, mengatakan, mulai 29 Juli 2011, berbagai film Hollywood akan diputar di beberapa gedung bioskop di Indonesia.

"Mulai 29 Juli 2011 mulai diputar film-film Hollywood di beberapa gedung bioskop," katanya di Jakarta, Kamis.

Ia mengatakan, dua film yang paling ditunggu yakni Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part-2 dan Transformers: Dark of the Moon mulai diputar dalam pekan ini.

Setelah dua film itu, beberapa film Hollywood lain sudah mengantre dan akan dilanjutkan dengan film-film lain.

"Imbauan saya meski film Hollywood sudah mulai masuk, tetaplah tonton film Indonesia yang sudah mulai meningkat kualitasnya," katanya.

President to invite Pontianak dancers to palace

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will invite Pontianak dancers group to perform the "Gerak Khatulistiwa" or Equator Motion dance at the presidential palace on the independence day commemoration on August 17, 2011.
"I will invite the three dancing groups to dance before the palace on the Indonesian independence day commemoration on August 17," Yudhoyono said at the eighth commemoration of the Society Mutual Cooperation month devotion here on Tuesday.
The president expressed his wish to invite the Pontianak dancing groups after looking on the dance motion performed by three dancing groups at the capital city of West Kalimantan province.

Doctor Who actress Elisabeth Sladen dies at 63

British actress Elisabeth Sladen, who starred in the popular "Doctor Who" sci-fi series and the spin-off show "The Sarah Jane Adventures," has died aged 63, the BBC said on Tuesday.
According to the broadcaster, Sladen appeared as Doctor Who assistant Sarah Jane Smith in the BBC television series between 1973 and 1976 opposite Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker.
More recently the actress appeared in four series of "The Sarah Jane Adventures" on children`s channel CBBC.
