The 26th South East Asian Games (SEA Games) which will be held in Jakarta and South Sumatra on November 11-22, 2011 will be covered by some 3,000 journalists, data at the SEA Games secretariat show.
Of the total, 2,300 are domestic newsmen and some 700 others are foreign ones, according to data at the secretariat of the Indonesia SEA Games Organizing Committee (Inasoc) on Tuesday.
Up to Monday night, the Accreditation Section of the Inasoc continued to input data on the media which had obtained accreditation for the SEA Games event coverage.
The journalists came from print and electronic as well as online media.
